Sirote Receives 2011 "USFN Award of Excellence"

The USFN, a highly respected and well-recognized national network of mortgage banking attorneys, has recognized the law firm of Sirote & Permutt with its 2011 USFN Award of Excellence. This is the 13th straight year that Sirote has received the award. The Award of Excellence is given annually to USFN member firms that meet rigorous standards that evaluate professional activities, industry volunteerism, and community and charitable involvement by the firm. The award is the professional organization’s highest honor. USFN, founded in 1988, is the nation’s oldest and most prestigious trade association of law firms and trustee companies that focus on creditors’ rights.

, said, “We are honored to receive the USFN Award of Excellence. It reflects our dedication to understanding our clients’ needs and expectations, and it highlights our focus on keeping abreast of issues affecting the mortgage industry.”
Sirote represents its clients in Alabama and in its recently opened Florida office. The mortgage banking practice at Sirote features 30 attorneys, many of whom are regular speakers at industry conferences and at USFN quarterly seminars.
“Sirote is proud of our attorneys’ thorough understanding of the mortgage banking industry,” Held continued. “We have been active leaders in the industry’s trade associations and conferences for years.”
The award will be received by Held at the annual USFN Member Education Retreat, which will be held in November.
