Sirote & Permutt's Andy Andrews to Speak at Health Care Reform Workshop
Sirote & Permutt attorney Bruce “Andy” Andrews will speak at the Greater Shelby County Chamber’s Health Care Reform Update Workshop on May 15, 2014, from 7:30-9:30 a.m. The event will take place at St. Vincent’s One Nineteen in Birmingham, Ala.
Andrews will discuss recent updates to the Affordable Care Act. The workshop is designed for small business owners and provides a forum to ask questions about health care reform.

Andrews practices with the firm’s Corporate & Tax and Health Care groups, advising clients about tax, business and health care regulatory issues. Andrews earned his J.D. degree from The University of North Carolina School of Law. He also earned a Master of Accounting degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School and his B.A. degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During law school, he served on the board of directors of the Samaritan Health Center in Durham, North Carolina. Prior to law school, Andrews worked as a CPA, practicing in the tax group of a national accounting firm.
