Sirote Health Law Consulting Group To Host Seminar On ID Theft Red Flag Rules For Health Care Providers

The Red Flag Rules require health care providers to establish written policies and procedures to detect, prevent and mitigate identity theft. At this seminar, Sirote’s Health Law Consulting Group will provide specifics on how medical offices can meet the requirements of this new regulation before the May 1, 2009 compliance deadline. Sirote attorneys Kelli Robinson and Sam Friedman and Naomi Lefkovitz, an attorney with the Division of Privacy and Identity Protection at the Federal Trade Commission will provide attendees with the tools to build an identity theft prevention program and cover identity theft issues and policies specific to medical providers.

This complimentary seminar is open to friends and clients of the firm. It is being held at Sirote Law Offices (2311 Highland Ave S) from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm and will be provided via video conference in our Huntsville office. Reservations are required.
