Sirote's Todd Carlisle to Present ASCPA Tax Webinar

The law firm of Sirote & Permutt, PC is pleased to present a webinar series about tax legal issues for the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). Sirote shareholder Todd Carlisle will present “The Mergers and Acquisitions Process” on Friday, Aug. 17. Mr. Carlisle will discuss the process of proposed transactions and the negotiation of definitive agreements and post-transactional integration.
