Harold Apolinsky and Winston Busby Co-Author JK Lasser's "New Rules for Estate, Retirement, and Tax Planning"
Harold Apolinsky and Winston Busby, estate planning attorneys in the firm’s Birmingham office, along with Stewart Welch, III, recently co-authored the book JK Lasser's New Rules for Estate, Retirement, and Tax Planning, 5th Edition.
Released on Oct. 14, the book provides an authoritative, fully updated guide to estate, retirement and tax planning that reflects new changes and legal updates. The purpose of the book is to be a resource for people of various ages and income levels and to offer useful planning advice on a wealth of important issues including retirement planning, trusts, charitable contributions, gifts, life insurance and wills.
“I am honored and grateful for the opportunity to be a co-author of JK Lasser's New Rules for Estate, Retirement, and Tax Planning, now in its Fifth Edition, and I am appreciative of the chance to provide current, relevant estate, retirement and tax planning strategies to individuals,” Apolinsky said.
Both Apolinsky and Busby are part of Sirote & Permutt's Estates, Wills & Trusts Group, which offers more than half a century of experience and community leadership in estate planning, probate and trust administration.
“Estate planning can be a complex topic, especially with constantly changing laws, so I was happy to be a part of the Fifth Edition of the book to provide updated insight and knowledge on estate and tax planning to a wide array of individuals,” Busby added.
