Three New Attorneys Join Sirote & Permutt's Fort Lauderdale Office
As members of the firm’s Mortgage Litigation Group, the attorneys represent lenders and servicers with respect to their mortgage and real estate assets in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, regulatory compliance and complex litigation.

Templer, Weber and Duggar are joining a team of mortgage litigators who defend individual and class action claims involving mortgage banking including origination, servicing, DFA, TILA, RESPA and FDCPA.
Templer received her J.D. from the University of Miami, cum laude. Most recently, she worked with Kahane and Associates, PA handling foreclosure litigation. She received a B.A. in political science from Florida International University. Templer has also worked with Templer Law, PA, Coffey Burlington, LLP and The Burton Firm. At Sirote & Permutt, she will defend mortgage servicers against claims of consumer fraud and statutory violations of consumer lending, consumer finance and wrongful foreclosures.
Weber was most recently a bankruptcy litigation associate at Kahane and Associates, PA. He received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.A. from Rutgers University. Weber was also a bankruptcy associate at DJS Enterprises and a bankruptcy attorney at Camner Lipsitz, PA. While at Sirote, he will defend mortgage servicers in bankruptcy related matters and against claims of consumer fraud and statutory violations of consumer lending, consumer finance and wrongful foreclosures.
Duggar received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and his M.A. from Marymount University. Most recently, he was a litigation associate for Greenspoon Marder, PA. He was also a foreclosure attorney at Shapiro, Fishman & Gache, LLP and an associate attorney at Jan Peter Weiss, PA. At Sirote & Permutt, Duggar will defend mortgage servicers against claims of consumer fraud and statutory violations of consumer lending, consumer finance and wrongful foreclosures.
