Sirote Tax Attorney Ronald Levitt Presents “Section 199A and Its Impact on Choice Entity” at Several National Conferences

Ronald Levitt, a noted Sirote & Permutt tax attorney, will be presenting “Section 199A and Its Impact on Choice of Entity” at several upcoming tax conferences.

Ronald first presented this topic to New York University’s Advanced S Corporation Tax Conference held in New York on July 26, 2018.  He also presented this topic as part of a series of tax conferences sponsored by the Alabama Society of CPAs in Birmingham, Huntsville, and Montgomery in September 2018.  On October 25, 2018, Ronald presented to New York University’s 77th Institute on Federal Taxation held in New York City.

Ronald will give his Section 199A presentation to the CPAmerica Tax Conference to be held in New Orleans on November 5, 2018.  At this Conference, Ronald will also make presentations entitled “Unreasonably High and Low Compensation Issues” and “Operating as an S Corporation Through a State Law Limited Liability Company.”

On November 14, 2018, Ronald will present Section 199A implications to the 72nd Annual Federal Tax Clinic in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. On November 15, 2018, Ronald will present Section 199A at the California venue of NYU’s 77th Institute on Federal Taxation being held in San Diego
